How to Use ChatGPT Plugins for Business?

Unlock the potential of AI in the workplace with ChatGPT plugins. Discover tips for choosing from over 550 plugins and using them effectively in your business tasks.

In the rapidly evolving artificial intelligence environment, the ChatGPT plugin store has emerged as a valuable resource offering many options for businesses and individuals who want to streamline their business processes. With a wide array of over 550 plugins, it has become a one-stop shop to harness the power of artificial intelligence to increase productivity and efficiency.

But this abundant choice can be a double-edged sword. How do you sift through hundreds of plugins, each summarized with a short 100-character description, to find the one that best fits your needs? And once you find it, how can you maximize its capabilities?

This blog post is here to guide you on this journey. We'll walk you through using the latest ChatGPT plugins for your business tasks — from identifying the right plugin to understanding how to use it effectively in your day-to-day operations.

We will also touch on the unique benefits available to ChatGPT Plus subscribers, including access to advanced GPT-4 plugins. We'll also share tips for navigating the add-on store, whether you prefer to browse the entire collection or focus on the latest and most popular add-ons.

So, whether you're a seasoned AI enthusiast or a novice taking their first steps in this exciting field, this article has something valuable for you. Let's unlock the true potential of artificial intelligence with ChatGPT plugins.

1. Access the ChatGPT Plugin Store

Only ChatGPT Plus subscribers can access GPT-4 add-ons. I highly recommend it if you can afford to pay $20 per month. At Stradiji, we have used it efficiently for about three months in routine SEO project follow-up and content production.

You can find the ChatGPT plugin store via Plugins Beta under GPT-4.

Search ChatGPT Plugins by Keyword

Until the OpenAI plugin store is better categorized, there are two ways to find new plugins to try; You can browse all, new and popular ChatGPT plugins. Another option is to search by typing in the "search plugins" section.

Search results only return plugins with the exact keyword in the plugin name or description. Plugins with similar names or functions are not included. For example, we can see the following plugins in an SEO-related search:

If you can't find a plugin, try searching for related keywords or types of functions. There is probably a plugin with the features you need.

Installing ChatGPT Plugins

You can install one or more add-ons by clicking the “Install” button next to each. You can install as many plugins as you want, although ChatGPT limits you to using a maximum of three plugins per chat.

When you click Install, two things can happen. The plugin can be installed instantly, or you can be redirected to a third-party website to create an account to use the third-party service with ChatGPT.

For example, the Reflect Notes app prompts you to create an account and asks you to authorize ChatGPT with your account. After the application is installed and connected to the required third-party accounts, you can use the plugin in ChatGPT.

While OpenAI reviews plugins for use that violates their usage policies, it's up to you to investigate third-party ChatGPT plugins, such as WordPress plugins or Chrome extensions, before granting access to your data or credit card. Therefore, it is helpful to give this access after researching well and making sure.

Before installing any 3rd party service plugin, you can do a simple Google search. For example, you can search Notable's ChatGPT plug-in and choose to install the plug-in after seeing the news and review articles.

If you want to learn what you can do with the Notable ChatGPT plugin, you can watch the following video from Seer Interactive:

Learn The Most Effective Plugin Prompts From ChatGPT

For example, when I ask the commands (prompt) I need to use to get the best efficiency from the SEO Assistant plugin that can help you in your keyword research, ChatGPT gives the following answers:

Use ChatGPT Plugins on iPhone or Android

Unfortunately, ChatGPT plugins are not yet available in the official iOS app. However, you can access ChatGPT plugins using a mobile browser like Google Chrome.

My inspiration for this piece stemmed from an insightful article on Search Engine Journal by Kristi Hines. You can explore more examples within her illuminating work.

Bing Brings Quick Search with Text Selection in Search Results

Bing Search introduced a new feature that allows users to select and search for text within the search results page.

This functionality has been in testing for a while but is now live. It looks like Google Search was testing a similar feature. When a user searches and selects some text on the results page, a small overlay will open, displaying the selected text along with a magnifying glass icon for the search.

Clicking this magnifying glass icon creates a new search based on the selected text. This feature improves the user experience by enabling more precise and faster searches without retaking in the search bar.

Google's Selling Google Domains Won't Affect Your SEO or Google Rankings

If you purchased your domains through Google Domains, this news may interest you.

Google recently sold Google Domains to Squarespace. Site owners and SEO experts who purchased their domains through Google Domains began to discuss whether this would negatively affect SEO performance. According to Barry Schwartz, owner of Seroundtable.com, this development will not affect SEO performance. Even before it opened Google Domains, Google was a domain reseller and will continue to maintain and update its domain data. I have yet to come across a statement by Google on this subject.

How to Use ChatGPT to Create Product Descriptions at Large Scale?

In this article, you can learn how to scale the content creation process using ChatGPT, especially for e-commerce sites with many products.

We want better quality content for our websites, but producing enough content is quite cumbersome. So, how can we scale the content creation process, especially for e-commerce sites with many products?

If you were to pay a copywriter to produce thousands of product snippets from scratch, you would probably have money out of your pocket pretty quickly.

What if you pay for 1,000 new product releases, but only half go live a month later? You need a faster, more cost-effective approach. This is where ChatGPT can help you.

ChatGPT's native web interface is beneficial and time-saving. But if we have hundreds or thousands of product descriptions to create, there is a more efficient way to use ChatGPT without copying and pasting the prompts. Here is a step-by-step guide on how you can do this.

Google Adds INP (Interaction With Next Paint) Feature to Google Search Console Reports in Core Web Vitals Report

Interaction To Next Paint (INP) is a new page responsiveness metric. A page that responds quickly to user interaction is considered responsive.

When you go to the Core Web Vitals (Important Web Metrics) menu of the sites you follow through Search Console, you can see the suggestions about INP that will come into our lives in March 2024 in the Mobile section. Although it seems we have a very long time to prepare, it is good to adapt to this new metric and improve now.

What is Interaction to Next Paint?

The innovation of INP is that it is a more accurate measure of how long it takes for the entire page to become responsive. A weak INP is when the expected action when you click something, for example, a close-up of an image, does not occur immediately.

Google makes the following statement about the INP:

“INP, which stands for Input Latency, refers to the responsiveness of a web page when interacted with.

When you interact with a web page by clicking or swiping a button, the browser processes your input and provides visual feedback on the next frame it renders.

Visual feedback is critical, as it lets you know, for example, whether a product you've added to your online shopping cart has been successfully saved, whether a mobile navigation menu has been opened, or if the server has validated the content of a login form.

While some interactions naturally take longer, immediate initial visual feedback is vital, especially for complex interactions. This initial feedback tells the user that the web page is responding to their input.”

Google Warns About Custom Elements Used in Head Section of Pages

According to Mueller, special elements in the head section of page source codes can disrupt Google's rendering and harm SEO; JSON-LD offers a flexible alternative.

According to Mueller, using custom HTML tags in the section of a web page's source code can potentially impact SEO by disrupting Google's rendering and indexing process. Despite their benefits for developers, custom elements should be used cautiously because of compatibility issues and their potential impact on the interpretation of web page structure. JSON-LD tags are a viable alternative to custom tags that offer flexibility while improving the SEO of the page by providing structured metadata.

John Mueller Clarifies WebP Image Indexing Confusion

Google's John Mueller addressed concerns about WebP image indexing by clarifying its appearance in Google Search Console reports.

If you see a lot of Webp images getting “Crawled, Not Indexed” errors in the Search Console indexing reports of the websites you follow, don't worry.

According to John Mueller, unclear extensions can cause image files to appear in Search Console's “Crawled — not currently indexed” report. WebP images are not indexed as HTML pages. WebP only offers faster load times but requires fallbacks for unsupported browsers.
